Scripted Captains Join the Table

Not every night brings four human captains. Scripted captains can now fill empty seats in the waiting lobby so a match can start with a full table — useful for solo practice, demos, and short sessions while friends are still logging in.

How it works

• The host toggles “Fill empty seats with captains” in the waiting room.
• Empty seats are filled with scripted captains that take turns automatically.
• Host stays with a human player — bots never take ownership of the room.
• Turn off the option anytime before the match starts to clear bot seats again.

Why it matters

Seasons of Floripa is built around a four-ship table. Bots keep that loop playable when the lobby is thin, without changing the core rules humans already know — move, fish, fight for seas, and sell in the lagoon.
